利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、we_tokyo（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 本サービスについて

本アプリは、街ですれ違った誰かへ、言葉のない好意をそっと送るための無料アプリです。アカウント登録は不要で、匿名でご利用いただけます。本サービスは予告なく変更・中断・終了する場合があります。

2. 禁止事項

本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 他者への嫌がらせ、脅迫、誹謗中傷、差別を助長する行為
• わいせつ・暴力的・その他不快感を与える不適切な内容の送信・投稿
• 他者へのなりすまし、または他者の権利（プライバシー・知的財産等）を侵害する行為
• スパム、不正アクセス、本サービスの運営を妨害する行為

不適切な内容や利用者に対しては、一切の容認をいたしません（zero tolerance）。

3. ユーザーが作成する内容

ユーザーが作成・送信した内容についての責任は、当該ユーザーが負うものとします。当社は、本規約に違反する内容、または不適切と判断した内容を、予告なく削除し、また該当する利用を制限することができます。

4. 通報・お問い合わせ

本アプリで送れるのは、あらかじめ用意された4種類のスタンプのみです。自由なテキストや画像の投稿、利用者どうしの直接のやり取りはできないため、不適切な内容が送られる余地はほとんどありません。それでも気になる点があれば [email protected] までご連絡ください。報告を受けた内容は確認のうえ、必要に応じて削除・利用制限などの対応を行います（通常24時間以内を目安）。

5. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状有姿（as is）」で提供され、特定の目的への適合性や、エラー・中断がないことを保証するものではありません。

6. 責任の制限

法律で認められる範囲において、当社は本アプリの利用または利用不能に起因して生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。

7. 本規約の変更

本規約は必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、このページで告知します。

8. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of we_tokyo (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

we_tokyo is a free app for sending a wordless gesture of goodwill to someone you passed in the city. No account is required and the app is anonymous. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

2. Prohibited conduct

When using the App, you must not:

• violate any law or public order and morals;
• harass, threaten, defame, or promote discrimination against others;
• send or post obscene, violent, or otherwise objectionable content;
• impersonate others or infringe others' rights (privacy, intellectual property, etc.);
• spam, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the service.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

3. User content

You are responsible for the content you create and send. We may remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, and may restrict the associated use, without prior notice.

4. Reporting a concern

The app only lets you send one of a small set of preset stamps — there is no free text, image upload, or direct user-to-user messaging — so there is very little room for objectionable content. If something still concerns you, contact [email protected]. We review reports and, where appropriate, remove content or restrict use (typically within 24 hours).

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
